SURVEY ABOUT FERTILITY RATES IN SEVERAL DEVELOPED COUNTRY

One of the factor that influenced the fertility rates in several developed countries such as austria, singapore, germany, australia and france is about incentive that had been organized by their own goverment.

Singapore have the lowest fertility rates compare than others countries.Based on the survey done for years 2006 and 2007 the fertility rates in singapore had decrease. This is because their government will charge tax rebates for the family who have two or more children. However, for the same time singapore also encourage the fertility rates but it is limited for one child in one family. It can be proven when the government decide to give baby bonuses, three months fully paid leave,govt-assisted savings for healthcare and children's education.

The second country that also have lowest fertility rates is austria. The government in the country give 436 to the mother until the child is three. The fertility rates for this country also had decrease for 2006 to 2007.The government for both countries is actually planning to limit their citizen population because their countries is small.Beside that,in Singapore the government charged tax rebate for the family who have more than one children because it can distribute in country allowence.

In Germany, the fertility rates is quite pepped.About 67% wage compensation for a year is given by government as the incentive to increase fertility rates. Then in Australia A$ 4000 bonus is given to the mother for each baby.while,in France the mother will get monthly allowence of 750 francs for the third child for one year from their government.Based on the survey done, France is the country that have the highest fertility rates.
The government for this 3 country are planning to increase their citizens population. This is because they want to develope their country.Beside that ,when the country have high population citizens they will have enough people to fill the job vacancies in their countries. They also can broad their market in their own country.

There are several ways that can be done to increase the fertility rates in the country such as giving free healthcare for children for two years for each baby.Beside that, by increasing the incentives also is a good idea.In addition, increasing the level of medication also can increase the fertility rates because for example this way can helping people who are cannot get child.

The conclusion here, the government also will give effect to the fertility rates in their own country.

MY TWO WEEKS EXPERIENCE IN KMK

Before I made a final decision to further my study in kolej matrikulasi kedah (kmk),I had asked many people about their opinion,"it is a good idea to further my study in kmk or doing a diploma in university?".And the answer is many people said"owh, matrix!...if you want go there you have to struggle because it is so hard and you also have to take a risk that if you are failed in the exam you will be eliminated and must to pay the indemnity. Now I know that what people said about matrix, not all of it is true.I believe that as long as we study hard and give full attention in lecture and tutorial class,we will get a good result in the examination. It was already two weeks I am staying in kmk.For the first week,I and all of the student in kmk was busy with orientation week.We have done many sports activities such as netball, basketball, football and many else.we also has been giving many motivation about all the facilities that we have in kmk, academic, how to score in matrix and session with mentor that strand from all lecturers in kmk.Actually, this is my first time leaving far from my family.Honestly, like other people I also facing homesick problem in the first week.Everyday, before I went to sleep I will call my family and crying because I am really missed them. However,it will not interupt my mission to be here, that is to get a good result and further my study in degree at university.Yesterday,I called my mother and as usuall I was crying. My mother scold me because she said that I acted like a child.I become so busy when I had started went to lecturers class. At there, all subjects had been teaching so fast.Hmm....I think English class is the most interesting class that I had attend at here.Just imagine, our class had to send their homework or assignment to our lecturer by using blog. For me,it is a good and interesting idea because we will not feel stressed when doing our assignment because we are also can enjoy opening our blog.Beside that, from this class I also had learnt about how to create a blog and now,I am already having it.Actully, since I was staying here,I always count how many days left for midsem break.I felt so shocked when I knew that bus ticket are almost sold out.I thought that I was the only one who always thinking about holidays, but actually the fact is there are hundreds student think about the same thing. At here I feel so tired because I went to sleep at 12.00 am and wake up about 5.00 am.Beside that, since I had started to attend lecturer class,"nescafe" had became my favourite drink because it can prevent me from feel sleepy. However,I am still feel happy to be here!!!....
